This is a modern apartment design loosely based upon a real life Parisian apartment block as a reference. I have made an overview guide for this design showing how it was made to help others who wish to start building their own creations. Refer to the Steam guide here:

Note: The extended corner roofs may project into adjacent buildings. Due to current limitations of the game engine this design works best with rectangular plots and 90 degrees corners , using other angles will create holes.
