[DeI SubMod] Vanilla Faction Names

This is the NEW VERSION (as of 9/4/2014) of my mod to turn all Divide et Impera faction names back into English.

If you find any issues, typos or untranslated names, please add them in the comments and I'll try to fix them ASAP.
