What exactly is a Prinny Pyro?
The prinny pyro is a meme class, one that I spent 2 hours on thinking up. Its stats are sub-par, and almost every class is better in every way. So, why make this? I like to suffer.

Basically, the stats are like this:
Movement: Sub-par
Damage: Sub-par
Range: N/A
Meme-ness: In the negatives

To play prinny pyro is to sacrifice your own sanity for 1 or 2 kills per match. In return, you get a funny penguin hat. The mentality of a prinny pyro is that death is a given, so go ♥♥♥♥ them up until you die. Use trickery, smarts, fake friendliness to get the jump on your enemies; whatever the cost you must fight.
Gear and gameplay
your gear is pretty simple.

dont ask me why the image sucks, I don't care enough to get a better one
Prinny hat and belt, prinny knife, and an added thuster pack.
Thing is, you aren't allowed to use your primary.

So, you add up a bunch of stuff from classes that can do it better, then make it worse.
I've averaged about 3-4 hits to kill for most classes, excluding the heavy and demo lads.

Prinny pyros have no real battle strategy. You jump in, attack, and die quickly. That's the basics, but you can flavour it up as much as you want, just follow the basic prinny rules:
No primary
Thruster pack
Prinny knife
Spite the trollger trollgier jumpy soldiers and snipers, they must die at any cost.

The next sections will talk about how to fight against most classes and their sub-classes, if thats needed.
Scouts
Pray.
Most, if not all fights, require you to have the jump on your enemy. If you get into a head on fight, you be dead.
Scouts specifically are annoying to deal with, because they are faster, can jump good, and have range. In a head on encounter, your dead unless they pity you and go 1v1 melee.
Soldier and jumpy sub-class
Pray.
a soldier with good aim is deadly, and one without is still dangerous. You'll be up close to everyone, and at that range they don't even need to aim to gib you. on a head on situation, your best bet is to accept your fate.

The jumpy boys is where it gets interesting. They are the few classes that focus on close range fighting, making them plump and succulent targets. Use erratic movements to confuse their shovel tracking mechanisms, then hit them when they land. All you really need to do is hit them more then they hit you and dodge the crit trash.
Pyro
Pray.
you only really have a chance if your fighting an W+M1 pyro, as they don't understand that melee is an option.
If they do know how to play, you'll probably be airblasted and hit with shotguns or flares.
Demo-man and demo-knight
Demo-man is a strange one for me. Some are the easiest prey i've had, and other that kill you before you can blink. My best advice is to never follow one, as they can quickly lead you into a trap. Just bonk them a few times and hope they don't have the experience in close range battles.

And if you see a demo-knight . .
It's already too late
You cannot escape, you cannot win. They will end you faster than you can pull out your prinny knife. I've only ever killed two demo-knights, both were lucky crits. You're better off fighting 3 scouts at once.
Heavy
Pray.
You don't deal enough damage to kill them with a sneak attack, and if they know you/re coming, its done. You'll be grinded into paste before you land. Best bet it to catch on off guard and blast them off the edge with your thuster's landing.
Engineer
No.
Medic
Pray the others don't see you.
Medics are honestly real easy to scare. Hit them once and run off, don't bother chasing them cause you'll be mulched. If you find one alone, go for it. Feed your lust.
Sniper
Prey animals.
Majority of them have no awareness, you can thruster behind them and stab them up before they notice you landed. Remember, any sniper you see must make you see red. They do not deserve life.
Spy
Tbh, dealing with spy is p much the same with any class that has no spy detection. If you don't notice on, you'll get stabbed; if you do, you'll stab them. Just don't get too cocky, some can actually aim.
Other prinny
Prinny can either be brothers or enemies. Blood does not matter for us, so tread carefully. Party, or rip and tear, do what you desire.
