I congratulate you on your mod but tastes are personal and are just tastes.
I feel Men of Talent generates more "normal" characters and one of the things I abhor in the game is skill inflation. I think a 18 today should be a very good and rare skill with a 21 being almost Godlike. I hope future DLC don't inflate the stats more and keep them in line with the current distribution, even if when abused, already Godlike stats are possible. I went to great lengths to place some sense in this with my own mod and I am content with what I achieved.
