How to do it?
  1. Search on Net Framework 3.5 Offline Installer

  2. Click on APPROVED HTTPS link
  3. Check if it's the correct version of Net Framework

  4. Choose your language
  5. Click on the big red buttom
  6. Wait for downloading, the program must be apporved on by admin
  7. Check the Download Files in your local desktop
  8. It should be under dotnetfx35.exe with 237 054 kB
  9. Click on it and approve the program
  10. Start your game and enjoy

Addendum: it does work now after i reinstalled it after adding the .Net 3.5 and the start option -nosplash

unfortunately it didn't work on a Windows 10 21H1.
Does the .NET 3.5 in the additional features need to be installed or uninstalled?
