Basically just keep clicking to earn hearts and on the side there will be different items you can buy using those hearts you earned. The secret achievements are easy to get as well.
Secret achievement 1. click her mug
Secret achievement 2. go into the gallery section and find the lady with the id badge and click it (don't scroll down using your scroll wheel you'll have to do it manually.)
