I understand from prior postings that if the sea state is 5 or greater, it's nearly impossible to find an enemy sub. Is this your experience as well? Also, do you know, are enemy subs given the option of leaving the field at their own volition as allied subs are sometimes allowed to do?

Generally in my experience active SONAR doesn't prevent me from detecting subs. It's just that I need to be extremely slow to detect further.

Great video! +1 for hoping they add map tools and tracking in future updates. It was super helpful in Atlantic Fleet and Cold Waters, I miss it.
