Patch for Espionage Operations: Influence Ethics to work with Ethics and Civics Classic.

Ah, I just looked at the author comments. Looks like he did in fact remove an entire ethic scale!

For now, I suggest using the Old version he has linked, until I check this and see how it changes things up.

Currently on a break from Stellaris so likely not soon. It probably doesn't require a patch unless the author of E&C changed the internal names of the ethics, though. It doesn't interact with the civics portion at all. That said, have you noticed any specific issues?
