This mod allows you to connect small areas to any building (usually residential, but this is your choice), which will perform the following functions:
Shop (100, 250 buyers)
Gym (100 visitors)
Cinema (50, 250 visitors)
Pharmacy (50 visitors, no ambulances)
Kindergarten (100, 300 children)
School (100, 300 children)
University - Technical, Medical, Soviet HQ (100 students)
Hostel for students (100, 300, 80% quality)
Bar (50 drinking buddies)
Housing (100, 300 apartments, 80% quality)
Carousel (50 tourists)
Hotel (100, 300 tourists)
Gorkom
TV and Radio station
Monument

In addition, small production facilities are available that can also be integrated into residential buildings:
Bakery
Meat shop
Brewery
Weaving workshop
Sewing workshop

All buildings have collision and heating turned off.

У всех зданий отключена коллизия и отопление.
