if u cant tell if hes hacking or not do these steps

1-fake spin bot.
just look down on the ground with ur normal sens and go around the map.
if u happen to know his location just hold an angle but instead of showing ur body hide behind it and shot throw the wall hes behind.
2-talk ♥♥♥♥ about his cheating software saying its the easy to doge headshots.
3-report him from in game AND STEAM. its more useful then in game as it has overwatch and not that many are using it.
4-make sure his score is over 100 as it will go to vacnet and see his game.

thats it i hope valve someday wakes up and fix this game as it was my dream to get global elite .
the amount of time and effort it took just to get deranked from 2 games and keeps getting down is not that easy .
