You can configure the following:

- Door colour
- Roof Colour
- Enable/Disable street
- Enable/Disable fence
- Enable/Disable garden
- Enable/Disable population

It is only available as an asset with a residential capacity of 4 sims for each pair of houses

Unfortunately, the houses spawn only sims and not cars.
