Altis Space Elevator

Beskrivning
The Altis Space Elevator situated in Pyrgos' bay connects to solar panels in Low-Earth-Orbit to power the entire Aegen Sea region.

This composition has a ton of objects split into sections. The ASE composition reaches 13KM into the sky and is designed to sit in Pyrgos' Bay on Altis. The composition features a pier designed to connect to Pyrgos.

There are also bunker doors on the center of the base that will teleport you to the walkway 13KM up.

This composition makes for a good center piece if you are doing an Ace Combat type mission.

I have had this view on my server for YEARS! Just want to say people love it, as over that time tons of people have shown love to it -- I even have AI missions on it, and the roaming AI air (and players) often hit the damn thing :)

yeah, bro. Your composition causing crashes. I was tried a trick you mention - its not working. I really want use your composition, but i cant until u fix this.

Just tried it again, still crashed the game. Stack overflow error every time I try.

I haven't be able to cause a crash placing down this composition yet. That being said, it is a lot of objects and I do have a decent computer. After placing down the composition, the editor automatically selects all the objects for you which can cause significant slowdown, maybe that's causing the crash?

You could try a trick: after clicking the Altis Space Elevator in the composition list but before actually clicking to place it down, you can hide the 3DEN HUD by pressing Backspace. Even though the HUD is hidden, you can still place the composition by left clicking. If you are able to place it with the HUD hidden, just left click in any empty space to deselect the composition and then you can show the HUD again.

Yea, It crashed for me also. Its a real shame because I really wanted to use this for a mission or two.

It would seem to instantly crash the game upon being placed in the 3den editor. Any suggestions?

If you can't find it in Pub Zeus, I think you can always place down this composition in the editor and save your own copy. Then it should show up?
