• Defeat Skeletron and have the Clothier move in
  
• Have at least 120 health
  
• Obtain a dye, strange plant, or dye ingredient and have the Dye Trader move in

materials:

• 280 cobwebs for 40 silk
  
• 10 gold
  
• 1 black dye from a squid
  
• Loom
  
• Dye Vat

The hair is #14 and the color is a very, very dark brown. It can be selected when creating a character or from the stylist.

1. Craft the sawmill. You need 10 wood, 2 iron bars, and one chain. It's crafted near a work bench.
2. Craft the loom. You need 12 wood. It's crafted near the sawmill

7 cobwebs make 1 silk. You need 280 total cobwebs. Silk is crafted with the loom.

The Clothier sells black thread. Purchasing 6 will cost 6 gold. Note: Depending on Clothiers happiness, this may be higher or lower.

At the loom, with the ingredients you have acquired, you can now craft the tuxedo set.

Once a blood moon has started, purchase the Mime Mask from the Clothier. He only sells it during a blood moon

1. Go to the ocean and kill squids for black ink (you need only one)
2. At a dye vat (purchased from the Dye Trader) create two black dye

The Dye Trader sells Silver Dye for 1 gold each. Purchase two silver dye for 2 gold.

At the dye vat, use your two black dye and two silver dye to create 2 black and white dye.

Arrange the items in this manner and PRESTO!
