That's because he has been accusing everyone of cheating, now he became a cheater himself.
He wants only trash rooms, because we all are cheating.

I'm not sure why Phoenix is being an idiot and is resorting to cheating. A long way back when he was not cheating or rage-quitting, he was an adequate enough player. Cheating because others are cheating makes him just as bad.
