I love how the capacity is like 30k.Its a good challenge of how to deal with all the traffic and foot traffic

This has happened to me before, with a random building with an 81 slot mod.
Can you place this stadium in your city again and check if the flicker appears again or not?

At first I thought that it was caused by my custom vehicles and citizens, and then I tried again without any custom vehicles and citizens but the flickering is still there. The flickering only occurs near the stadium area. When I deleted the stadium, the flickering is gone.

It can't cause that kind of flickering.
Maybe you have this either because some mod does not work well, or the computer starts to freeze, since the capacity of the stadium is very large, and at the time of the matches, a lot of sims go there.

Apparently this stadium caused the vehicles in my city flickering like crazy on certain angles, could you check into this?
