• That there is still a massive dedicated player-base to Team Fortress 2
  
• The community continues to grow even despite the bot problem
  
• That there is a bot problem and has even addressed it slightly by preventing bots from spamming horrible sh*t in chat
  
• That there has been many threads, forum discussions, steam discussions, reddit posts, videos, as well as many other things about it
  
• Despite not having as many people working on TF2 that they still can fix the problem

• We don't know if Valve has something behind the scenes to address this problem
  
• When Valve plans to fix this problem or if they even have a plan to fix it
  
• We don't know how many people are currently working on Team Fortress 2
  
• Why the # of people who are working on Team Fortress 2 haven't fixed the problem yet, or are planning to

So, with all that being said.... why hasn't anything been done? Valve continues to release new items from community contributions from Steam Workshop, but nothing as far as what is ruining this great game that we all love. I guess we all just have to keep our fingers crossed for them to put their foot down on this problem unless someone has an inside cut on what's going on behind the scenes.

(Also, please don't bother to say "use community servers" not everyone wants to play on community servers. Nor does it help by ignoring the main problem)
