Medals 1-10 (Achievement name here)
Medal 1 is right after you finish the first quest of the game and it's right on the dead tree.
Medal 2 is just after you head to the second area of the game right on the crystal.
Medal 3 is after you had the battle with the horse element and is around the big rock.
Medal 4 is around the tornado area at the crystal.
Medal 5 is after your meeting with Knight and is at the cactus down south.
Medal 6 is in the cave with all the rocks in quest (number)
Medal 7 is inside the area where you meet Yashu and Ceil.
Medal 8 is the last one in overturn and is at the crystal in the area of the last quest in that mode.
Medal 9 is oddly the last medal you will get for this list due to how you get it, after fighting Bullwood head back to the prison and get the key and enter the this locked area using the key.
Medal 10 is after the the third quest in judgement and is past the lava
And you should have the first of 8 medal achievements.
Medals 11-20 (Achievement name here)
Time to get the next set of medals.
Medal 11 is after you get the hero castle and is where the metal slime was during the quest.
Medal 12 is one of the only medals that is not on the map, after you get the forest engine head to the village on the right and there will be a lumberjack, fight him and then you get the medal.
Medal 13 is after your (Hopefully) rematch with Zain and is on one of the targets
Medal 14 is on another target
Medal 15 is on the only boat in this map so it's not hard to find
Medal 16 is on a target in the area where you fight Bullwood
Medal 17 is in the same area and is on the crystal.
Medal 18 is on the tree to the left of the village at the start of map
Medal 19 is left to another village on the only patch of grass.
Medal 20 is on the crystal down south of the first castle on the map

And then you should have the next achievement
Medals 21-30
Medal 21 is up north of the snow map in Judgement on the crystal.
Medal 22 is in the hole to the far right after you get the hero sword.
Medal 23 is in the hole south of the red circle in the hero sword area.
Medal 24 is in the north east of the mass of dead trees.
Medal 25 is the last one in Judgement and is south of the last map.
Medal 26 is north of the first map on the dark green tree.
Medal 27 is the hole to the area you can access via cave.
Medal 28 is on the dead tree in the mass of green tree down south of the map.
Medal 29 is on the crystal to the right of the town where you get all the jobs in one of the quests.
Medal 30 is in the north hole.
Medal 31-40
Medal 31 is the hole next to the global dungeon.
Medal 32 is on the grass patch around the snow.
Medal 33 is on the chrono crystal north of the bridge.
Medal 34 is on the dead branch after the bridge.
Medal 35 is on the dead branch after the cave.
Medal 36 is on the last dead branch after the bridge.
Medal 37 is on the lone tree in the mass of trees
Medal 38 is on the boat next to where the rare slime is.
Medal 39 is on the dead tree in the swamp.
Medal 40 is on the switch in the train area.
Medals 41-50
Medal 41 is on the tree to the left of the rock.
Medal 42 is on the crystal north east of the 3rd map.
Medal 43 is south east of the fourth map and is on the lone tree.
Medal 44 is on the tree to the left of the temple.
Medal 45 is on the only lamppost in map 4.
Medal 46 is on the tree to the right of the tent.
Medal 47 is on the crystal to the right of the temple.
Medal 48 is easily missable because you need to make sure the cannons are up in the fifth map(The cannons can be up if you do the right side during the quest of the 4 evil lord castles), the medal is on the tree to the left of the cannon.
Medal 49 is on the same area as 48 but on a different tree.
Medal 50 is the last medal in revolution and is on the tree to the left of the fifth map.
Medals 51-60
Medal 51 is to the right of the first village in ragnarok.


Medal 52 is on the near dead tree right of the bridge.



Medal 53 is on the stone to the left of the tent.



Medal 54 is on the dead tree north of the grill.



Medal 55 is on the dead tree near the end of the first area.


Medal 56 is in the massive hole near the cave.



Medal 57 is in the small hole to the west of the village.



Medal 58 is on the rock(?) north east of the map.



Medal 59 is south of the map on the dead tree.



Medal 60 is slightly north of medal 59 and is also on a dead tree.
Medals 61-70
Medal 61 is in the far west on a lone tree near some lava.



Medal 62 is to the east of 61 and is again on a tree near some lava.



Medal 63 is north of 62 and is on a pile of branchs.



Medal 64 is in the area where you "fight" yashu and is on a pile of branchs.



65 is in the area where you fight the giant castle and is on a pile of branchs.



66 is on the piece of rubble up north.



67 is slightly east of 66 and is on another piece of rubble.



68 is in the middle of the map and is in a hole.



69 is north of 68 and is on a lone tree.


70 is on this destroyed building
Medals 71-80
71 is on this dead tree


72 is southwest of the casino


73 is by this pond


74 is where the Goddess trap used to be


75 is in this alcove after the first turn in the race


76 is at the last turn of the race


77 is past a river of lava seen in the race


78 is on the first music platform


79 is on this destroyed building


80 AND THE FINAL MEDAL IS on some destroyed building again

My game might be bugged, because I was missing a few medals (3~5). I came here to see what I might have missed. ONLY 1 seem to not work. Medal set 71~80: Im missing exactly 1. I QUADRUPLE-CHECKED every spots in the screenshots shown, but to no avail...

After finishing high school, dropping out of college and many other things like apathy and forgetfulness, I have finished the guide.

As expected, I did found the guide in Japanese. [w.atwiki.jp] It doesn't provide pictures, unfortunately, but you can at least translate the text and they could tell the position. One thing I learned is that 向き here told you to move to the next map (all are in order after all), while その場 is on the same place.

For 48 and 49, there is an optional objective during Q45 and it's preferable to told your friend to go to the opposite side of the destination. That should probably trigger the objective guy in the town and unlock the path to the medal.

Crazy how this guide is almost eight years old and still unfinished. To add up, I couldn't find any other guide... Probably there are guides out there, but in either Japanese or Chinese.

Gotta admit, this is very helpful. I was able to get 3 badges in 5 minutes.
