Для начала вам нужно будет зайти в свойства игры (ПКМ на иконку игры). Далее ищите строчку которая называется параметры запуска.
И там пишите -h высота твоего экрана в пикселях -w ширина твоего экрана в пикселях.

Вот пример:
-h 1920 -w 1080

Если это вам не помогло то обновите драйвера на видеокарту.
