How to unlock 'Sleeping In The Cold Below' for your somachord

You know that awesome new song from the new quest? Yeah, you can unlock it for your somachord. It's quite simple, I'll show you how.

First tone fragment
The first tone fragment can be found in one of the spy vaults early on in the quest. In my case it was in vault A, but I am guessing that can vary.
Second tone fragment
The second tone fragment can be found in the forge room aboard The Flying Dutchm-- err the Tempestarii
Done!
And there you have it, easy peasy!

I've done this quest 6 times now and thoroughly searched everything and can't find the 1st scan anywhere

This song doesn't show for me in the somachord menu, I've scanned both of the fragments, does anyone know if I'm missing something?

Yeah the ones on the railjack must count only as the second one no matter which one to scan it must equal = 2nd

i scanned both, but it didn't give it to me

1st one showed up on site A for me and the 2nd showed on both my Railjack as well as the Tempestarii. (both showed in the same run but only saw it before i was able to enter the Tempestarii)
