The easiest way would be to just simply download the android version from the official Itch.io page [uncleartie.itch.io].

The bandwidth draining way

Got an iDevice? This method requires an extra Mac or a PC.
Game streaming has come a long way and for a visual novel you won't be noticing input lag or lackluster bitrate!
Install Steam Link or whatever else is your preferred remote desktop application and have fun.

The insane way

Don't have the extra computer? Emulation is the way!
For iOS UTM might be your best bet. Keep in mind if you're running iOS 14+ you might need to jailbreak the device. More info here.[getutm.app]

If you're an Android user please just install the native game. Or use exagear for worse experience. Android Visual Novels community can be of help.

You forgot to mention decompilation way. Simply decompile and recompile on engine itself. Not the easiest one but surely the best if you know how. It's such a shame there's no official Linux version though :(

Unless you bought it on Itch you unfortunately can't get the .apk.
Streaming, emulating and decompiling the game and manually converting it to android still work though.
