Infantry Overhaul

This mod changes the following infantry stats and traits to improve strategy for this unit class. Changes applied to all factions and carry over to 43 variant.

Engineers: Hard Attack - 1 / Close Defense - 1 / Total Ammo 4

Heavy Infantry: Close Defense + 2 / Total Ammo 5 / Core Slots +1 / Add Trait
- Safe Transit: Takes only 50% damage when caught in organic transport

Paratroopers (Excludes SAS and Rangers): Close Defense +2 / Ground Defense +1 / Total Ammo 3 / Core Slots +1 / Cost +10 (+20 Variant43) / Add Trait
- Resilient: Cannot lose more than half of max strength in one go

Mountain Infantry: Close Defense +2 / Hard Attack -1 / Total Ammo 4 / Core Slots +1 / Cost +10 (+20 Variant43) / Add Trait
- River Assault: Ignores combat penalties from rivers

Rifle Infantry (Includes Soviet Regulars): Close Defense +1 / Soft and Hard Attack - 1 / Total Ammo 5 / Add Trait
- Cheap Replacements: Replacements in battle cost as on deployment phase

Cavalry: Air Defense +2 / Total Ammo 6 / Add Trait
- Cheap Replacements: Replacements in battle cost as on deployment phase
(Main reason for changing Cavalry was to prevent them from being a prestige sink for the AI)

Note: No changes were made to Spanish infantry in regards to the SCW DLC.
