Omschrijving
Added effects for the HL2 Stunstick. These include flashing lights, screen shake, showing skeletons, and material changes.
Skeletons only show on certain HL2 NPC's; other effects happen always. Works on props and players as well.
Comment if any bugs occur, I will most likely have them fixed.

Just deal with the errors maybe find a skeleton model from ep2.
