1. Install Daemon Tools Lite
2. Open Daemon Tools Lite
3. Click on Drives
4. Add Drive
5. Make sure its Virtual Drive DT , DVD Region 1, then choose whichever drive letter you want
6. Add Drive
7. Start Pajama Sam 4 and Start playing

If you have a usb disc drive you can also plug that in and it will start right up

Daemon tools is free, you shouldnt have to pay anything. However you will have ads for the free version

Although I used a different ISO mounting software (PowerISO), can confirm this works.
