Mobile rocket launcher with attack ground feature (no need enemy target) and long range frag warhead. Doesn't auto attack, require manual order to attack. Frag rocket will split into multiple mini rocket, expanding the explosion radius making this weapon effective against swarm tactic. The rocket explosion can damage both air and ground units. Has minimum attack distance and long reload. Fragile due to exposed turret design. Rockets (not mini one) can be shot down by laser defense (both manual order and attack ground).

Build at experimental factory but doesn't count as experimental kill.
