I really like the rim lighting on the left side of the medic, which required a ton of tweaking to get right. Also, I used a little forced perspective and scale adjustment for the left arm which fills out the frame more and mimics the arm resting on the chair. Hopefully in the future I can do some more extreme forced perspective, preferably on a fullbody scene."
