Create a wand with an infinite duration spell (Might seem complicated, but it's not that difficult to achieve)

Discover (and kill) all enemies

100% Spell Progress
Discover all spells. (Using the wand WITH the spell equipped is needed to discover it.)

Discover all perks. Note that you also have to pick up a perk to discover it.

I collected all the perks, but the achievement was not given + I pissed off the gods a lot of times, but still no achievement :<

i completed the run and the gods are enraged ones but they don't give me achievements >:( . this game's achievements really are a buggy mess like how i reached temple of the art for the first time and nothing second time i did for some unknown reason i get the achievement .

I know it says "Achievements can only be completed in vanilla Noita" but does this also count if you're playing Nightmare mode? As it's technically a mod right but it's also included in the base game and is a "reward" for "beating" the game

Gather All The Knowledge
Discover all Orbs of True Knowledge at least once

Addendum: If mods are used while gathering the last orb, the achievement doesn't appear. To fix this, disable all mods and collect any of the orbs to get the achievement.

@Imperator yes you can just mod a file and you can earn all the stuff np and you cant die
