The blue light means you have fuel and if the red flashing light comes on it means the reactor is melting down green light means the batterys are on.
To use the viewing lights in the helm you need to push the button to turn them on, there is also a static light on the front which is linked to the button on the right in addition to the aimable top light.
The guns and lights are linked so the left most scope is linked to the left most gun/light.
Also the button above the status monitor ejects the shuttle.

AI Struggle with this ship but if you manually move one to the bottom floor you can manage. If anyone knows how to fix that let me know
