Add USSR Generals Reworked

Beskrivelse
Add USSR Generals Mod, Fixed and Updated

This mod adds 50+ full color Russian/Soviet generals.
Compatibility: This mod is controlled by event therefore compatible with almost any mod.

Fixed Things:
  • No more event, generals are added from the beginning of the game
  • Can have both base game generals and new ones
  • Updated for 1.10.*, and will continue to be updated

This has a glitch that deletes ussr planes at the start of the game. Dont download.

Could you actually add more, there's some other generals missing from the USSR. And maybe change the uniforms to the 1942 version the one with green uniforms?
