This is a 39 floor, 146 meter tall building. It is Unique and not based on anything else.
This is a Ploppable Rico residential Office with 310 workplaces.

The asset uses all 512x1024 textures for the main model and 256x512 for the lod textures. There is no color choice textures.

Thank you Keith for creating unique assets!

I always wanted to build a city with its own identity without copy pasta what's existing in the world. But I failed to find any assets for the buildings I was looking for. So I mix buildings from different city but now, I can properly have unique buildings :)
