Hidden Vendors were a feature added to Otherland in the 5.6.49 Patch. There are also travelling costume vendors introduced during the same patch that I have a guide about here :)

Vendors that each sell an epic schematic are hidden in Bug World, 8 Squared, Mars, Water Isle and Wood Isle. Below are the vendors found by the community so far, schematics for all armour slots except lower face and back pieces are available so there may be additional hidden vendors that haven't been discovered yet.

This vendor is located inside one of the biomes to the North of the Bug World map. The easiest way to reach it is to walk from the Bug World Research HQ portal, North across the bridge. They sell an epic shoulder pad recipe.

There are 3 hidden vendors in 8Squared, selling Eye Wear, Chest and Glove schematics.

This vendor is located in the Halloween dungeon to the West of 8Squared. The quickest way to reach this vendor is to walk from the Treehouse portal, down the stairs to the right, and follow the path up until you reach the dungeon steps. This NPC is standing next to a fountain a short way past the entrance.

A vendor located on the North East of 8Squared. This vendor is stood on a small rocky outcrop infront of a large boulder. The easiest way to reach this vendor is to walk from the Regal Academy or the Horse Rise portals.

This vendor is hidden infront of an archway in a rocky field South West of 8Squared. The easiest two portals to reach this vendor from are the Red Castle Fields or Raven Ministry portals.

This vendor is located south of the Mars Bazaar map, on the airship landing dock next to some crates.

This vendor is located far South of the Wood Isle map amongst some glowing yellow machines. The easiest way to reach this vendor is to walk South East from the Leaf Plains portal.

This vendor is located next to a Soma Forge just outside of the Qinxi Village. It can be easily reached by taking a portal to Qinxi Village, walking through the gate to the east and heading down to the docks. The vendor is located on a grassy area just next to the docks, easily spotted by the glowing Soma Forge next to them.
