why cant i play gta iv single player? everytime i launch it i get i get sent here. before i reinstalled it would give me error code rmn60 i have it enabled in the gta connected launcher so i have no idea why tf i cant launch it through the executable

I can't downgrade because I have Episodes From Liberty City and for no apparent reason it redirects me to this guide

there was no solution basically, ended up making 3 different versions of gta4 because they all have their strengths + mod incompatibilities,, thanks for what you do though man i just wish i could physically beat rockstar to death with a chair
