I've recently received info that a copycat got hold of the addon thumbnail and maybe the files too and released a version early, it's since been taken down but I now must clarify that this is the original

[These are effects, not props]

These are just some realistic models of sidewalks, the models themselves are a bit thin and you may need the resizer to widen them out a bit, other than that, they're great from my experience with them, the models are scans and are 4K

Issues:

None to my knowledge except the skinnyness of the sidewalks, effect resizer has been set to required to solve the issue
