Ah nevermind now it works... i dont know why?! Maybe it must just be in order by doing these steps but not actually visible ... ?^^

Hm that does not work with close options... i move Mod to right, hit apply, close options, come back... try the next mod, but it is in position 2... instead of 3

You can't change country in mission. They are constant. Description of the mission states that one nation fights against another.

if it doesn't show up take off other mods if you have and just turn all of them off and then click apply, then re apply the 4 mods in order and apply it, it should work after that
