Updated for Version 3.13.*
With the new Leader System with Update 3.8 this mod ist not realy needed. I will keep this mod up to date for those who will play with small sectors.

I was bored of the size of the sectors, because i want governors with specific skills for specific colonies. For expample: One governor with Agrarian Upbringing for my Agri-World and one governor with Intellectual for my Tech-World. So this mod change the sector size from 4 hyperlane jumps to 2 jumps.

It might not be needed anymore, but I had always appreciated this mod, so thank you for updating it all this time anyway!

@drthwanda Honestly true, it would be really cool if sectors were implemented as something we manually divide up, it is so much better for RP.

IDEA: I wish there would be a way to have a switch between 1-2-4-7-10 jumps via edicts, but with persistent sector size, so when you change the limit it doesn't mess existing sectors. But I really can't even imagine how to make that possible.

Though again thanks for smaller size sectors, my CorSec is divided into specific stuff and managing over 50 planets in one sector is a mess and I love that this mod gives me ability to manage smaller sectors and specialize by sector <3

Awesome! I'm one of the few that wishes they never changed sectors and left them to where we could manually create them with the systems we wanted in them. It made it easier to keep track of them, easier to specialize them, and I also made fleets based on the sectors.

I miss sectors the old way I figured out (after a lot of trial and error) how to edit the save file to move systems out of one sector and into another.
