Hagia Sophia enabled for all

Lightweight mod that simply removes the religious requirements for the effects from the Hagia Sophia.

The only alteration is the "00_special_buildings.txt" file, so any mod that doesn't touch that file should be compatible.

Update: This mod is essentially obsolete with my other mod, which I advise using instead
