I think assets made by both of you (especially EvametryE or GiometryE) are designed not quite for this game engine.
I believe you both could do assets for majority of gamers and for a few only (although even best PC apparently doesn't help here much).
So yeah - both of you have pretty assets but they are best left on a display as they are not quite usable. Maybe when CO finally makes the game a lot better in handling your enormous work.
It's always nice to watch your assets in the screenshots.
Its a shame that i simply cant use this building in any of my builds because of the textures but if you are happy with the result i can understand that.
Also, not much game-time is spent super close, let alone looking down at the roof; first person view looks beautiful, it fits in well with all of the custom assets I have, and the file size is reasonable for a building of this size - so making it any more detailed would actually be a drawback.
If you'd like to collaborate on other future projects, I'd be happy to talk.
The texel density is also all over the place causing different parts of the roof texture to have uneven resolution and visible seams in some places.
