[WOTC] Rifleman

Welcome to my latest class mod the rifleman. You might be going wait Alpha didn't you already make a rifleman class? Yes however due to feedback I reworked the class into two separate classes. The vanguard (Located here https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1526598841 ) and now the final form of the rifleman. You can use both mods as they are two separate classes with different play styles.

Class Description: The Rifleman is a medium range combatant, and is able to deal consistent damage to hostile foes. They are also trained to use the Holotargeter to mark priority targets for their squamates to take down.

The class has three skills trees, Defender, Spotter, and Infantry. To see all the class abilities look to the discussion tab.

Primary Weapons:
1. Assault Rifles
2. Bullpup Rifles
3. Vector Rifle

Secondary Weapons
1. Holotargeter

Skills
Squaddie:
Light'Em Up: Firing your primary weapon with your first action no longer ends your turn.
Iron Will!: You gain +5 Will and recover from the Confused, Disoriented, Stunned and Panicked conditions much faster than usual.
Ever Vigilant: Same as vanilla skill.

GTS Perks
1. Combat Awareness: Grants 15 defense and two armor points when in overwatch.
2. Flanking Maneuver: +10% to hit and +5% crit against flanked or uncovered enemies.
3. Quick Recovery: When damaged, heal 50% of the damage over time. Max 2 health per turn, 10 health total. In addition the soldier's wound recovery time is reduced.
