Preamble
Hi! In this guide, I will try to provide information on the number of advantage (adv) frames that Chain Shift (CS) cancel of moves can give. This information can help you choose the optimal way to reset your pressure using CS. The same information in a more detailed form about moves is present on this wiki: Mizuumi Wiki[wiki.gbl.gg]
Information in wiki and in this guide is will be almost the same because I am responsible for both. You can also quickly see the latest changes in this link[wiki.gbl.gg].
If you find some inaccuracies or you have any questions, the answers to which are not present in the wiki then you can ask them here.

The frame advantages below often depend on timing. Values shown in the table are the best possible frame advantage results. But there are also moves in which frame advantage always will be the same and those moves are indicated with "(Always)" next to them.

FAQ
  1. What do numbers in the moves mean?
Those are directions. Look at the numpad,
    7
    8
    9
    4
    5
    6
    1
    2
    3
    236 is down > down+forward > forward. 3 is down+forward pressed simultaneously, for example.
  2. What is ">", "[X]" and "w5A"?
    ">" means "then". "[X]" means charge X button. "w5A" means whiff 5A.
  3. What is adv/advantage?
It's the difference in frames where you can act before your opponent when move is blocked (although adv for hits is also sometimes indicated, but not in this guide).
