Following the instructions using the link below usually takes 2 - 5 minutes. The steps do not need to be repeated once completed.

Lobbies you may want to block are ones where:

• The host uses a cheat (e.g. wallhack, aimbot, god mode, forced respawn positions)
  
• The host prevents you from leaving the match or disables the escape button
  
• The host modifies the game mode (e.g. Domination instead of Team Deathmatch)
  
• The host modifies the score rewards, score limit or time limit
  
• The host upranks or deranks you without your consent
  
• The host spams the chat with unfair rules
  
• The host forces you to play in third person mode
  
• The host forces you to use a specific class (e.g. magnum only)
  
• The host prevents you from using a specific class or attachment
  
• The host forces unrealistic abilities (walking AC130, super speed, jumping etc)
  
• The host is running a DLC lobby with a low amount of players

It was a good tool and I relied on it for a little over a year (in combination with a few other useful apps).

When used responsibly it was easily one of the best tools to use alongside Agent Rev Fov changer.

The main things I saw as issues with MW2sa were:
• It advertised players IP Addresses
  
• It was easily abused, to the point where we faced more abusers than actual cheaters
  
• It was easily bypassed (given the abuse, this wasn't such a bad thing.. until cheaters came)

However, it inspired me to create my own tool which will not be abused like this one was, if you are interested in kicking cheaters and keeping the game clean, this is for you
