This guide will show you where to find the golden chicken, and vaguely describe how to get it. Not many pictures or details because I'm lazy, but it beats that other meme guide.

Where is the Golden Chicken?

After you dodge the doors and the pigs, look to your right. It is between the cliffs in the distance. Can you spot it on the picture?

How do I get to it?

I separated these two sections in case some people wish to find the path on their own. After the doors and the pigs, you must climb the wall. Try to get the save at the top, but instead of going down the narrow path with the barrels, go right. Try to find your way down the rocks without dying (Regdoll with R helps) and voilà, golden chicken.

Additional notes

- I recommend you get the save atop the wall in case you miss the chicken
- If you close the game you will lose the golden chicken effect.

- for the achievement, get the gold armor (100 deaths) and the gold chicken

I actually found this by complete accident on my second playthrough after surviving a brutal launching that sent me on top of those rocks by the chicken

You probably need 100 dead, cuz i did it. I did it twice in same seassion and i didi it once, then quit whole game and did it again and still nothing.

@DFS Optimum Confusingly, I got the "GOLD?!" achievement from doing what I described below. I had already tried getting it by dying 100 times, which gave me gold armor but not the achievement, then I decided I might as well try getting the chicken twice in the same run, and that worked. A friend had the exact same experience. Though I will say this may have been changed (or may be soon) since it really just... doesn't make any sense and seems unintentional.
