Open the DLC folder

  • Right Click on the game in your steam library
  • Select Properties


  • Click Browse

  • Open the DLC folder

Sorry to hear you are having issues. The name of the folder may be different based on the game you purchased, but I'm pretty sure they all are clearly labeled as DLC, or Art collection.
.
For the game in question, right click on it in steam, go to properties. Then Click DLC. what do you see? You should see the name of the DLC and the file size. If so it is installed, if not, it is not installed.
