replace "v_gnome.dx90.vtx" "v_gnome.mdl" and "v_gnome.vvd"

This moved the gnome slightly further away from the screen and smaller its model a bit , still looks quite bad in my opinion .

I slightly moved it away from the crosshair

he still kinda blocks the view, moving it the left might give better view while holding it. Just a suggestion
