And yes it can cause the problems I am mentioning because that is what happened. When I removed your mod and started a new game without it everything is now working fine.
So.... yeah. No offense. Not trying to be a jerk but a little miffed that I lost two advanced saved games and many hours. If your mod isn't supported anymore please remove it.
b) There is no possible way for a mod, and specifically this mod, to do that. That is some error with the Launcher or your game or even your PC.
Pretty pissed...
@Hans_Hackfresse: Sorry for answering late, the unlock should work as in vanilla, there's no special extra setup to unlock the decisions in the changes I made. You can find the vanilla requirements in the Official Wiki.
