This map is an empty area made for people to put stuff in, if your lazy like me you don't want to spend time building stuff from scratch, I put in a bunch of stuff in here to make it more interesting when you start the flooding. everything in this map is from Gmod itself. No Ad-dons Needed

a locked gate was added that stops you from going to the second section, all you have to do is hit it with your crowbar or shoot it once and it will come off, the door can be a bit buggy so you can use the remover tool to get rid of it if need be.

AI do not float nor do they drown, so if you add them don't expect much.
