This is a no commentary video guide to getting all the tokens and their associated achievements here on Steam. Timestamps to skip to specific token are provided below.

There may be multiple ways to get some tokens. I approached this guide trying to minimize the number of citations received. I may have made a few mistakes, so be sure to check out the Papers, Please wikia[papersplease.fandom.com] for more detailed information. :)

Yep, indeed you can! For this video though, I was focusing on the best way to get the tokens without getting unnecessary citations (but I did make a small mistake on the United Fed one at the end). Glory to Jorji Costava!

You can also get the Obristan token by letting Jorji through any time he shows up (unless you denied him when he had the right papers, you bastard)
