There is a tutorial video on the Ragdoll Mover page. If you really don't understand what the discs do then you can come ask some tips from me again.

The links are all underlined and have URL's attached to them, Depth of Field is one of your standard tools in Post Processing tab. cl_drawhud 0 is a console command that removes your HUD making more dynamic screenshots possible if you zoom in with the Crossbow.

Try using cl_drawhud 0 if you get the health also try using Ragdoll Mover and Stand Pose Tool it makes it a lot easier to do things like the ones you do now. Overall nice ambience and a little bit of depth of field also could top it off real nice.
