Pirate Variety

Bored with the endless line of empty Rahanas that you encounter just about everywhere? The game now throws a greater variety of L and XL pirate spawns at you, and they may have some random cargo to sweeten the deal.

Encounters that haven been changed:

* Sovereign Syndicate Couriers (L) and Marauders (L and XL)
* Heretic Vanguards Couriers (L) and Marauders (L and XL)
* Atlas Pirates Couriers (L) and Marauders (L and XL), the last one was broken and works again.
* The Cartel and Uguras Armaments XL (the Phoenixes).
* The Reivers Couriers (L) and Patrols (XL).

Each group now selects from a wider range of ships, often within a certain cargo type class. A bit of cargo may then be loaded on the ship that was picked. These folks are naughty, so you will probably encounter some dubious wares.
I tried to make sensible choices with the ships: mostly Canterran stuff for the Reivers, a mix of Albion and Canterran for the Sovs, Omicon ships for the Heretics, etc. The Atlas Pirates even field the occasional Teladi freighter. All pirates use miners as transports (you won't find any mining drones on them).
The two Teladi bad boy factions now hunt with Cranes and Albatrosses, next to the ubiquitous Phoenix.

This is all Vanilla, and I doubt that this version of my mod is compatible with anything that modifies the same entries in shipgroups.xml or ships.xml, for instance "Some Ships" by Marvin Martian (https://forum.egosoft.com/viewtopic.php?t=384253).

* Gamestart added, now you can be a true Pirate Hunter!
* S and M ships also got a treatment.
