By mendel
Sorted by location, this guide lists every important object, every diary page, puzzle and clue in Montague's Mount, in case you're looking for something (or just want to run around and read the diary pages in chronological order). Contains Spoilers - in fact, everything in this guide spoils the game in one way or another.

Introduction
Beware Spoilers!
This list tells you what objects you can find where (approximately). To enjoy Montague's Mount fully, it is probably best to not play by this list, but to consult it only when you can't find something.

I have written another spoiler-free guide with setting recommendations and a few hints to get you started with the game: Montague's Mount - Before you start.

Please leave a comment if there's anything I may have missed.

What is on the list?
Location names are approximate, usually a location stretches until the next gate or until the next cutscene.
Every object you can pick up is listed. For some, you may need to unlock something else first.
Fixed objects that you can use are called "puzzle"; often you need to use these with an object in your inventory.
For each diary page, the date and the page heading are listed.
Clues are in-game information that can help you solve puzzles.

St. Brigid's Crosses
In the Steam save game folder (/Steam/userdata/<user-id>/258950/Remote/), there is a numbered file for each St. Brigid's Cross, bridcross_1.dat through bridcross_22.dat. These cross numbers are listed here. You can open any file with a text editor, and if you see a 0, you have not collected that cross. Since this information is stored independent of your game progress, you can complete your collection from any checkpoint; the same goes for postcards and graves.

I don't know.

This cross was on the stove, right?
As I suspected, I had already picked it up, so I deleted the Save files from the crosses, and opened and closed to restore the files. Now, everyone is with "1" and I did not catch the achievement. What do I do?

Please, I have a problem. According to the Save files, the # 12 cross is missing. Where exactly she stays, because I'm not finding it. Thank you.
