Adds numeric value descriptions to esoterica (inspiration skills / manuals).

Also relevant skills get attachment requirements (e.g. [Defiled Senses] is Cultivation Lv IV); and "Cannot coexist:" list for mutually exclusive skills.

Mod adds numeric descriptions only for properties (aka stat bonus in realms palace), not skills (qi sense) or stats.

I don't know why but even though the in-game Mod Store shows I'm subscribed the game doesn't mark the mod as Active. Strangely enough, it doesn't mark ItemQiDescription as active either but that one is working.

works fine for me on latest version, but this has reminded to publish an update I'd forgotten about. So now you also get mutually exclusive list and attachment requirements
