Minecraft Thunder + Lightning gun

This addon adds Thunderstorm Editor (Entities / Jakub Baku) and Minecraft Lightning Gun (Weapons / Jakub Baku).
Thunderstorm Editor is an admin-only entity similar to Fog Editor or Sun Editor. When spawned it strikes the lightning bolts around the map just like in a Minecraft thunder. The lightning bolt damages the players and NPCs in a small radius but it can also light props on fire and if enabled - destroy welds causing mass hysteria.
It's just like in minecraft - you're hiding in your wooden shed, the sky outside is dark, you hear thunder roaring in the distance and suddenly BOOM! The burning roof is falling onto your head. Really scary!
The Minecraft Lightning Gun is an admin-only weapon that summons the lightning bolt. The point aimed at needs to be "visible" from the sky and preferably on a flat surface.

Thunderstorm Editor is an editable entity. Press "C" and then right click the Editor, then open the edit menu by clicking "Edit Properties"

Thunder

• Search algorithm - algorithm used to determine the position of a lightning (see more down below)
  
• Chance per Tick - chance of spawning the lightning if the valid conditions are met
  
• Minimal Delay - minimal delay between lightning strikes
  
• Radius - In this radius relative to entities lightning strike might occur
  
• Unweld on Impact - should the lightning strike damage the constructions
  
• No damage (purely visual) - if checked the lightning will only behave as a visual effect, no damage, no destruction

Fog

• Override Fog - should this entity override the fog
  
• Fog Editor settings - the same as in Fog Editor

Search algorithms:

• Search around the Editor Entity - searches for the viable location in a radius from the editor entity. Good for local thunder, let's say around the spawn.
  
• Search around the players and the Entity - searches for the viable location in a radius from a random player or an entity. This option is great for big maps and every player will have the chance to be struck, no matter where they are.
  
• Search around the players and NPCs - good for Singleplayer.
